he successful candidate will function as the primary liaison between front-lines research teams and the Board of Directors of our publicly-traded Company. You will work towards eventually positioning your own select candidates on to the Company's Board of Directors, and establish a new Board of Advisors to assist and advise the Company in key areas. Each fiscal quarter, and at interim periods when needed, you will produce written research updates/reports for inclusion in financial statements, and provide research information and supporting documentation to the Company auditors, as required.
