Along with the board of directors, the incoming President/Chief Executive Officer must possess critical thinking and strong analytical skills in problem solving commensurate with best practices. This individual will be knowledgeable in lending operations and responsible for ensuring loan quality control. Must be able to motivate and support others while promoting an environment of enthusiasm in daily operations with the ability to relate to a wide spectrum of individuals and groups.
