In coordination with the Board of Directors, the incoming President/Chief Executive Officer will establish and execute strategies to ensure short and long term financial health; outstanding and innovative delivery systems to its membership and continual support of organizations within its community. Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills along with a collaborative management style that promotes communications among members, employees and the board of directors.
