The Practice Leader will be responsible for accomplishing Tatum's strategic and budget objectives, including building the local Practice, achieving revenue and profitability goals, and increasing median partner compensation. Practice Leader duties and responsibilities are those customarily associated with managing a professional services firm practice office as reasonably determined by the Partnership.
