Job Description:
Directly or through subordinate supervisors manages the staffing, training, and supervision of all Practice employees. Directly or through subordinate supervisors directs all clinic operations including: Ongoing evaluation, development and improvement of practice work flow, staffing plan, revenue generation, and expense control. Ongoing evaluation, development and improvement of all billing and collections activities at clinic sites and business office. Assess all systems needs and capabilities and ensure appropriate use of systems.
