The Recovery Area Manager is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the equipment in his area. This includes working with maintenance to plan and schedule work, coaching operators, development of operating procedures, identification and implementation of improvements and having the Recovery Boilers meet all regulations/codes. The RAM will be heavily involved in reduction of cost, including improving productivity and reliability.
