Responsible for the overall management of the Cooling Platform Engineering organization. Provide leadership to identify and solve problems through systemic utilization of comprehensive root cause analysis techniques. Make enhancements by recommending and implementing hardware, software, mechanical, assembly process or quality control solutions. Recommend and implement new hardware and software design platforms, architecture and utilities to achieve strategic Company goals.
