Plant Manager is responsible for daily management and P&L for all three shifts (200 employees) with the objectives to exceed customer expectations and company requirements for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping, as well as achieve company goals for first time quality, throughput, on-time shipments, profitability and customer satisfaction. Requirements: minimum 10 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in plant management role. BS degree. Successful record of utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools.
