Provide leadership for assessing and enhancing plant capacities and efficiencies. Directs the plant operations in the achievement of production, cost, quality and safety objective. Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable federal, state and local mandates. Recommends capital improvements and manages the plant's budget and P/L responsibilities.
