Plant Manager will have full responsibility for facility and operations employing large diversified workforce. P & L responsibility. The scope of the responsibility is to take the operation to new levels of efficiency and productivity utilizing current lean operational systems available and improving service to broad customer base through well developed process and materials flow systems.
