Serves as a Plans and Mission Integration Support Officer responsible for developing, preparing, formulating, policies, procedures, and guidance to support DHS' mission to detect, deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to threats (foreign, domestic, natural, or man-made) against the homeland. He/she serves as an analyst/adviser to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of the same.
