The Delivery Group Leader provides operational leadership and oversight of the Planning and Analysis Delivery Group. This position develops and implements the delivery group's operational plans to manage work-flow allocation, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, training and the professional development of staff within the Planning and Analysis Group. Optimize revenue opportunities through appropriate management and monitoring of processes and procedures, workload allocation, quality control, and project delivery.
