Basic production techniques will be learned while working alongside field foremen and welltenders. Field management and measurement experience will be gained by working with production foremen and production analysts. Candidates will also be exposed to several production enhancement techniques such as: plunger lift; rod pumps; flowing and compression. Engineers will learn how field estimates are developed and tracked to create weekly reports; monthly accruals; and estimates vs. actuals variance reporting.
