Provide supervision and direction of Team Leads. Manage day-to-day operations of repair schedules to ensure the delivery of repaired/overhauled engines on time while maintaining our high standards of quality within cost and profit objectives. Interpret customer requirements and communicate work assignments in a clear, concise manner.
