Manages the manufacturing functions on all shifts. This includes planning the production flow, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, handling staffing issues, monitoring production orders and schedules, and providing technical training to employees. Develops and analyzes production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and to prevent operational delays.
