This position will require you to manage and motivate the staff. It requires strong managerial and project management skills (at least 5 yrs management experience). Billing and payroll experience is a plus. Managing quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and parent/tutor concerns, recommending system improvements by identifying trends; and providing leadership in directing staff communications with school districts.
