Provide leadership and guidance in order to set objectives, set priorities and assign appropriate resources to ensure the business is managed effectively. Manage the Operation in a safe, efficient manner to meet our customer quality and delivery requirements. Manage the Plant to meet planned cost objectives. Ensure the facility is in compliance with all government laws, rules, and regulations, to include complying with the code of conduct.
