Manage and direct operations of a large plant environment with 55 salaried and approximately 400 hourly. Work as a part of the senior management team to influence the plant culture in a positive fashion. Work with direct reports to implement programs and systems across all work areas to improve reliability and productivity in the plant. Interface with corporate on initiatives relating to continuous improvement programs.
