This position has overall responsibility for the Operations of a large high speed processing and packaging facility. Manages and controls operational funds and budgeting. Initiates and implements continuous improvement programs with the management team to increase efficiencies and maximize productivity. Works with the Plant Director on all operational projects to improve the overall operation of the facility.
