The main duty of this position are the implementation and management of practices and guidelines in the area of Finance, Human Resources and Administration to ensure attainment of program business plans for growth and sustainability. This includes leading the financial management of the CBC through the adoption and implementation of sound financial and grant management, accounting, budgeting and oversight of audits.
