This position will oversee a connector factory with direct labor force which ranges from 1500 to 2000 headcounts. This is going to be a fairly independent role, with the provision of necessary resources, authorities and an opened environment for communications. The matrix management structure shall be observed, as being prevailed in other multi-national companies, and that the right candidate shall be able to execute per the Corporate vision.
