Develop and understand military concepts, doctrine and strategy for joint force operations and logistics. Use extensive subject matter expertise to explain and advocate for the proper role of air and space power across the range of military operations in a variety of service and joint politico-military venues. Plan and execute wargaming events, seminars, workshops and symposia to advance Air Force and Department of Defense concept development and transformation.
