Oversee and monitor all aspects of policy administration and related operational functions that are delegated to program administrators and MGA's on behalf of ICO. Assist with the training and development of Operations Administrators in Program Operations of ICO. Evaluate and analyze prospective clients (due diligence), determine start-up and ongoing policy administration costs, systems (front/back-end) in building a new program.
