Primarily responsible for training; coaching and mentoring Black Belts in the execution of Six Sigma and Lean problem-solving methodology and tools in order to deliver process improvement; eliminate waste and deliver the accompanying financial benefits. Will also lead projects of large scope and will serve as change agents; internal consultants and mentors. Will also have high visibility to senior management; interacting with organizational leadership.
