The Wind Technology Platform is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the validation of new technology demonstrators for wind turbines. Develop a thorough understanding of complex systems, including operational characteristics and critical limitations. Work with a cross-functional team to define the test requirements and determine the proper instrumentation to characterize the performance of the system. Create a step-by-step test plan that ties back to the CTQs of the program, and that retires the risk of future NPI programs that will use the technology.
