The Middle Market Retail Associate Partner (AP) will join an established, growing consulting practice as a member of the leadership team in the Northeast region. The AP has direct accountability for the overall successful sales and delivery of consulting engagements in the Retail industry. The AP also provides hands-on leadership and direction to the team by providing mentoring, performance management, and career direction to junior members. The successful candidate will apply their understanding of Retail industry trends, business models, and develop solutions and strategies to drive growth through sales and delivery. The AP will also work collaboratively with other areas within IBM to anticipate and leverage innovative business solutions.
