Develop and lead E&D interoperability strategy in-line with business priorities. Work with product teams to identify business problems requiring an interoperability strategy and define, socialize, and secure approval of a plan of record. Negotiate to ensure necessary resources are engaged to achieve success including consultants, product team staff, as well as other E&D or broader Microsoft resources. Drive the agreed strategy on MS behalf including evangelizing Microsoft's position within standards bodies/industry organizations, building coalitions with partners, and escalating internally when necessary to ensure informed actions are taken.
