This position will be responsible for directing the activities of the Tool Engineers and Designers in support of the N-UCAS and other ATDC programs. This department will be responsible for the development and implementation of new tooling processes, procedures and strategies to develop a more cost effective and efficient tooling approach for development and prototype programs. Emphasis will be placed on the deployment of digital tooling and low cost reconfigurable tool solutions.
