The Subcontract Manager will report to a National Theater and Security Programs (NTSP) Supply Chain Program Area Manager (PAM). Job functions include, but are not limited to, developing, managing, and writing Cost Plus and fixed price subcontracts, identifying and mitigating program risks as they pertain to subcontract activities; achieving program material budget objectives; negotiating, placement, and managing program subcontracts to meet program objectives; participating in R6Sigma projects.
