Lead our Beverage Dispensing Products engineering team in the development of exciting new and enhanced beverage & ice/beverage dispensing products. Responsibilities include: new product development, project execution; resource allocation; people and team skill development; performance management; budget management; manufacturing support; warranty, installed base customer issue resolution; supplier selection and quality; cost reduction. In addition, drives key business tools & initiatives including: Six Sigma/Lean, design standards development and common software tools (e.g. ProEngineer).
