Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments that involve failure analysis of system components and equipment. Assumes a lead role on team/assignments and provides direction to others as required. A minimum of seven years of experience is typically required. Incumbents are recognized within the company as experts in their fields. Perform in-depth metallurgical examinations and materials failure analysis in support of root cause determinations for arriving at corrective actions.
