Responsible for the mechanical design, development and troubleshooting of the Integrated Platform, including liquid and air cooling systems, gas delivery systems, mechanical structures and electronics packaging. Works closely with other Responsible Engineers, System Engineers and Project Managers to assure specifications and designs are technically strong, cost effective and completed in a timely manner. Plans and executes schedules, budgets and technical direction for Integrated Platform assignments.
