To provide world class mechanical design, equipment engineering, and automation engineering capabilities to support Stage 3 pilot manufacturing, and Stage 4 - 5 manufacturing cost reduction, capability improvement, and expansion activities. Actively participate in recruiting and hiring activities by providing inputs into Engineering Resource Planning Process / department hiring plan, actively participating in recruiting and hiring processes, and orientation of new hires.
