Develop and analyze various elements of a project plan including schedule, budget and deliverables.Execute small development projects or components of larger development projects including scheduling, resource planning, and accurate budgeting and performance to specification under the direction and guidance of the Program manager or project leader. Identify value engineering opportunities for development projects and existing systems. Develop and implement design of experiment and root cause analysis and functional review of unit operations.
