The Master Lean Leader is responsible for developing, driving and implementing Lean Methodologies in the healthcare facility and ensuring adoption across cross functional groups. Delivers Lean Six Sigma performance improvement initiatives while ensuring accountability, focus, and strategic alignment with the other healthcare entities through the use of metrics based goals and objectives.
