The role is primarily responsible for all aspects of the Solutions Services business. The role is also responsible for the financial aspects of all major projects, escalation of project issues, oversight of the project and relationship management. They will work closely with the Solution Implementation Manager (SIM) and team leads, product experts to ensure that the engagement is brought to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties (Client, Partner and ourselves).
