Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of project opportunities that reduces operating expense, increases customer satisfaction and mitigates operating risks. Oversee the DEFINE, MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE and CONTROL gates within the LSS methodology as deployed by Enterprise Payments to support the black belts and green belts.
