The Process Improvement Leader serves as a technical expert and subject matter expert in understanding all platform operations. This individual will lead the effort in measuring, tracking, and improving system capability versus key processing parameters and finished product specifications. The Process Improvement Leader will also focus on opportunities for continuous improvement in the areas of quality and efficiencies. This person will act as the primary point-of-contact for the Corporate R&D function for any new product, process, or packaging improvements or start-ups.
