This newly created role will be responsible for 24 hr x 5 & 6 day operation of a group of manufacturing and service cells covering 40% of the plant and comprised of Heat Treating and Plating, Maintenance, Material Handling, Shipping & Receiving, Tool Crib and NDT through a team of Cell Leaders. Our ideal candidate brings significant manufacturing leadership developed and honed in precision machine shops or heat treating/plating operations highlighted by Engineering and Maintenance experiences.
