The position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing leadership and oversight to the Division of Conference and Meeting Services in the following areas: 1) the development and implementation of the Annual Session including the scientific sessions, the exposition, the opening keynote and other general session presentations, special events, logistical production of the House of Delegates and Board of Trustees, registration, air travel, tours, transportation, housing, sponsorship, related group arrangements, marketing and promotion.
