The MC must apply skills and experience in Operations Strategy including business and process modeling, operational transformation, sales and operations planning, rapid process change, as well as, strategic profit improvement. The MC must function as both a team member, mentor, and a workstream leader in time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situations to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved to both client and contractual expectations.
