Supports the strategic direction through aligning campus resources to achieve business growth as demonstrated through increased client impact, increased revenues, improved net (efficiency) and improved quality ratings. Creates the systems for the execution and integration of strategy at the campus level. Responsible for managing people, processes, and systems in support of the strategic imperatives. This includes assuring high quality staff, technology, and the facilities in which to conduct the work.
