The Managing Director will be responsible for shaping and implementing a research agenda with the goal of generating an ongoing body of literature that will enhance policy discussions at the federal, state, and local levels. Responsibilities will also include the regular and ongoing production of policy briefs, reports, and fact sheets, a biannual journal, and a Web-based national database.
