Plan, organize, and oversee/control all the day-to-day activities related to Television productions ensuring the quality of work. Manage production cash flow deliverables reporting to the Networks. Responsible for the management of all television production, ensuring that margins are maintained, identifying problem areas and implementing corrective actions to assure that operations and the business units remain within budget and are on track to achieve financial targets.
