Responsible for leading the overall production/distribution activities of the Distillery including all aspects of managing regulatory compliance, budgetary/financial performance, customer service performance, union and non-union personnel, special projects, special programs (ISO Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, PRPS, etc) and short/long term planning and implementation in accordance with strategic operational plans.
