This position will initially focus on user information for new products. Some key areas will include researching potential technologies to be leveraged across business units for creating the most usable information about our products, developing a community of professionals across the company and providing training for them in the latest user information technologies, and implementing methods and standards that make it dead easy for our customers to use the internet to find information on products made by the company.
