The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a major subcontracts team that delivers high value and complex systems, equipment, materials, supplies and services to various Integrated Product Teams. As an integral part of those teams, the Major Subcontracts organization collaborates on development of requirements documents, issues requests for proposal, negotiates and issues subcontracts, and manages issued subcontracts within an IPT environment.
