Responsible for leading the Engineering Product Development Team in the design and creation of new products. The innovative professional we seek must possess a minimum of 7 year's experience in new product engineering in allied fields including building products, appliances, or other durable goods, strong project management experience, hands-on experience working in a product development environment, budgeting experience and strong leadership skills.
