Under general supervisor of the VP Purchasing, responsible for the timely procurement and contracting of all packaging materials. Qualifying, standardizing and documenting all company packaging. Manage customer/supplier relationship to maintain consistent quality supply of material. Analysis of packaging material requirements and negotiate plant and national contracts. Analysis of markets and industries to forecast future costs and trends and communicates information to management.
