We are currently recruiting for a Manager of Procurement Compliance and Small Business Officer. This role will be seen as the location's functional consultant on procurement policy, procedure and instructions, interpretation of same and leader of the small business advocacy program/Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO). The individual is the chief liaison between Contracts and Procurement and collaborates on new contracts or significant changes to identify and define subcontractor flow-down requirements.
